I&amp;#39;ve been saying it for ages and people act as if I&amp;#39;ve just shot Bambi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But we are, and our job is to get results. That doesn&amp;#39;t mean that we have to act like cowboys.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What will set the IRP out is if people just get it and don&amp;#39;t do anything with it. I&amp;#39;ve heard plenty of stories of agencies that are REC  members acting illegally.
